The hotel's interior decoration is simply exquisite! The beautiful mix of traditional Lao architecture and colonial-style design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was stepping into a tranquil oasis every time I entered the lobby. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the property without any difficulties.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide a bit more assistance and be more attentive to our needs. As a senior traveler, sometimes I needed extra help or had questions, and it would have been nice if the staff had been more proactive in offering their support.

I must mention the really good service provided by the guest relation team, WingKi and Rohan. They were really nice too ensure that our stay was nice. We will definitely be coming back to Pullman! I highly recommend this hotel.
